Questions people ask before buying
- What counts as a tracked company?
- Each company or topic you track: competitors, customers and other topics count together. VeoCue watches their website, pricing pages, changelog, careers pages and public news under that single entry, and a company counts once however many of your Products track it.
- Can we swap companies?
- Yes, whenever you like, at no charge. Archive one and its place is free for another. Markets move, and a plan that punishes you for re-aiming is a plan that goes stale.
- Who counts as an editor or a reader?
- Editors are Super Admins, Admins and Analysts: the people who change things. Readers are Viewers. Pending invites count toward the seat they were sent for.
- What is a digest recipient?
- Someone who receives the brief by email but never signs in, such as an exec or a seller. They don't count as users. Essentials includes three; on Advanced and Enterprise they are unlimited.
- What do I get in the free trial?
- Seven days of Advanced, with smaller limits: five tracked companies, three editors and one Product. No card. When the trial ends, choose a plan to keep going; until you do, your workspace stays readable but nothing new runs, and we keep your data for 90 days.
- Can we pay monthly?
- Yes. Essentials is $299 a month and Advanced $899 a month. Paying yearly costs $2,990 and $8,990, which saves 17%.
- Can we change plans?
- Yes. Moving up applies straight away. To move to a smaller plan, contact us: you choose what stays active, and nothing is deleted.
- How long do you keep our data?
- Signals and their sources stay for the life of the workspace. Delete a competitor and its signals go with it. See the security page for the detail.
- Can we cancel?
- Monthly plans stop at the end of the month. Yearly plans run to the end of the term.
- Do you invoice, and take purchase orders?
- On Advanced and Enterprise, yes.
